Holly the Blue Witch

I usually don't have enough time to draw anything for Halloween, but my mind drifted back to this cute character I designed back in college. In the class I drew her in, the exercise was to take the characters of the original form of Pinocchio and draw them in our own style. I personally chose the Blue Fairy, and designed her with a Dutch almost middle European feel. Think Alice in Wonderland mixed with Red Riding Hood. After the class ended I decided to work with her a little more and changed her concept to be a witch instead. I added the witch hat this year, but I'm honestly debating it still.
